Blech. Ugh. Ew.
When I started coaching, my worst fear was having to create a sales pitch. Having to be ready for the moment when I had to 'close' the client.
I felt gross that I would have to convince people to 'buy' into coaching.
I quickly learned that building a coaching relationship isn't about a sale.
In fact, it's not even about me.
It's about whether you are ready to stop, take a look at yourself, and decide what's next.
It's about a human deciding it's time to stop doing the same thing over and over, the thing that worked for so many years to get you to HERE, but isn't working anymore to get you to THERE.
It's about moving out of the constant doing and doing and doing to figure out who and how you want to BE.
It's about being willing and excited about staying in one spot to reflect, offering yourself grace and forgiveness and opportunity.
It's about knowing that even though you're a grown-up, you can still decide what you want to be when you grow up more.
